@ Appleton North

We're really here for jeff meff today though. About halfway through the day this knucklehead asked me to send a picture of my signature so he could forge my name on some senior document needing to be signed. Some of you might recoil at the thought. Me though? I shared it with all my best friends and then immediately sent him a photo of my signature.

My only regret is that I should have asked for a picture of what he ended up creating. Good lad.

Here the thing. When I created the volleyball portion of the site, I knew that I was going to need to rethink the overall structure for mr. meff's senior season. Here's the other thing though - who the fuck cares; it might work well enough as it is.

On the real though? I was quite emotional tonight as our boi was introduced as a varsity starter. The best part? He earned it. Earned it with grit and sticktoitiveness.

Somehow, he might lowkey be the hardest worker of us all.

As for the first match against Appleton North? First of all, fuck Appleton North. Second of all they dropped the first two sets, took the third, and ran out of gas in the fourth set. North is typically good in this space, so even with the loss, I'm encouraged.

I kinda feel like this young man is about to embark on the best year of his life and there's no way he'll know it until it is way too late.

PS......Tuesday evening dinners are solved for the next few months. Let's sample all of the most disgusting high school hot dogs in all of the land. Barf city and I absolutely love it.
