Next deal out the door is for the first tcdb trade partner that I was kind of in awe of. When I joined, he was the far and away leader with the most giannis cards on the site. I once taunted Pete in the forums to let him know I was coming for his top spot, and I did it.
I hope he forgives me.
Anywho, there's a couple of tom brady's going out the door today, because Pete is helping me to close out a set on the other end. I'll help out a wolverines fan, no doubt.
This is our 5th deal together, but it's been a few years since Pete's been semi-retired from trading. I'm glad to see him back.
This is a surprisingly fun mail day. Typically, I wouldn't associate many Classic sets, including this 1993 Classic Draft Picks set, with fun.

This particular deal closes out this Classic set: 100% completed. Additionally, the checklist is surprisingly deep. It's also one of those sets that is so ugly, I end up liking it because of how striking and obvious what set it is when you look at it.
Don't sleep on this one is what I'm trying to say. I look forward to adding this one to a binder.
PS......the fab 5 was one of the coolest teams of all time - another reason this set is sneaky nice.
