Mar 31, 2026: effective immediately

I had to terminate the contract of one of my guys today. It went down at the same time his official job offer was working its way through the system so we could convert him to a full time employee.

I did what was right for me today. I did what will have a significant negative impact on a family, at a terrible time, and to an individual I really enjoyed. An old boss of mine once told me: "The bus is leaving, with or without you. Make the call."

Little man is back in the house this week.

Some fresh custom ja shoes have been awaiting his return. He was the talk of the town at practice tonight.
