nikkigirl and I landed in Minneapolis tonight. We're at a hotel we frequent often.

Even though it was only a 4 day work week, it felt much longer than that. lol
Where do you start when there's everything to do?
Anywho, there's so much going on, I'm struggling to keep myself grounded and moving in the right direction. As we learn together how to be a team, we keep tripping over ourselves. Often with very basic and fundamental mistakes. On one hand we've got to allow ourselves some grace as we learn, and on the other hand, we've had plenty of time to adapt - we are sufficiently experienced across the board.
