Apr 30, 2026: hard sell

I finally had a meeting today with my teammate that basically cussed me out on Tuesday. With my team being remote, it's hard to naturally run into each other to ease tension. We have to seek it out. Leading an entirely remote team is hard.

Anywho, we are good. Had a great chat, laughed, pretended we didn't get a little misty eyed, and grew a little bit together.

I spent a good part of the day with a pal helping me work. As you can see, he wore himself out with all that typing. fern did an excellent job by himself this morning and is getting more comfortable being left alone for longer stretches.

Good boi.

Speaking of bois, our boi jeff meff got himself some fresh tight braids tonight.

But first, meet my newest, newest friend, cocoa. This little lady would not stop chewing on me, biting my shoes, and generally using me as a pin cushion. Queen B Braiding Salon has a feisty little one helping to keep an eye on things.

Very affordable place as well.

Forgot to take a sick closeup, so it's just a selfie instead. Nobody puts me in blacker rooms as the only white dude more than this guy. lulz

eeeeeeeemma started pitching Invincible to nikkigirl and me tonight. She pitched a blog idea along with it and is angling to get her mention stats up. What a gal. lol
