I've got a good thing going with my boss. We hardly agree on the immediate direct approach to any solution, and then also find a way to productively compromise.
As part of that process, I let him lead. Even when I don't agree.
It's a giant game of 4D chess right now and I'm seeing the board well. I learned something about one of our partners today that is going to pay me tremendous dividends down the road. He's a sharp thinker and in charge of the systems I need the most work in. New bestie.
My boss and I agreed: let's start here.
All while this guy was riding shotgun.
While he had a rough morning, we spent some good quality time in the afternoon and he gets shared credit for the crisp decision making today.
The first of two fun deals begins with that set collecting love attached to it.

At which point we will close with the best card of the day, and probably my newest bestest t-mac card. I made may way through most of his cards and reintegrating them into the latest idea. More to come here tomorrow when I finish reintegration.
