There has been some sidewalk construction this week right outside of [redacted] and because of this an email came out about a back door. Back door you say?

Before we get to taking it from behind, look at me taking two walking photos in one day! Rare (gloomy to sunny).

What was my point again? Oh, yeah - the backdoor. This newly discovered back door allows for me to go on my multiple walks a day (plus maybe lunch here or there) without having to say hi and bye to the front desk lady every time. Every single human interaction, even just a simple hello makes me want to jump off a bridge (anxiety, son).

One example? I saw someone today that I KNEW would want to talk with me heading back to their desk and knowing the route we would both normally take, I dipped down a different hallway and took an alternate route to home base (my desk) just to avoid even the possibility of five words. And I really enjoy this MFer too - blogged about 'em multiple times type stuff.

Small, but significant improvement to my workflow.

So here's the thing, my work this weekend work was more like screwed the pooch than successful. How do I approach my new world order? Let's tempt fate and try to start eliminating waste from my new deployment procedures and remove some jankiness.

For the record, this might go terribly and make me very angry at a computer program. It wouldn't be the first time.
