Hey, what the hell is that thing over there?

No, not the weighted dinosaur that's one of my best pals (eeeeeeeemma got that for me). Let's pull it out and take a closer look:

Do I have an oversized puzzle binder? Why yes, yes I do. There's maybe a dozen or so puzzles in there, and while I hate to brag, I was a pretty big deal on the r/Jigsawpuzzles subreddit for a bit. Puzzles played a big role in keeping me sane after I quit my last gig. Especially in the immediate aftermath.

My most viral post though? When I built a puzzle of Lambeau Field that was full of celebrities and posted this:

I had quite a bit of fun with biggest fab four fans on the r/beatles subreddit for a few days there. 43k+ views! That was a fun puzzle to do; stop over and I'll show you sometime.

I've had this deadpool & wolverine puzzle on my project plan since late October of last year and it's good to finally knock it off the list. I added a QR code, dropped it in the binder, and on to the next!

Now that I've got the new PersonTag component installed and tags are now automatically taken care of, I updated the daily template generator to remove tags from the template. There's still some legacy code to keep supporting this tag method until I make my way through every blog as part of this clean-up, but we'll get there soon enough.

Rusty is a longtime customer of mine: this is our 15th or 16th deal together (I forget when tcdb increments the counter). I say customer instead of partner in this case, because one of the reasons I have an opportunity for so many trades with one person is my customer service. Unreasonable hospitality.

Or so I tell myself. lol

In this case though? I need to PIF, because Rusty offered a 12 (to me) for 1 (from me) deal that I gladly accepted. Unreasonable hospitality indeed.

What can I say? I love me some Topps. And I love me some retro 2025-26 Topps - 1980-81 Topps Basketball even more.
