I was on a meeting with someone I haven't seen for far too long today. The last time he was in this meeting, things were not going well with all parties involved (thus the reason for the meeting). When he shows up a few months later to check in - it is a well oiled machine.
An unspoken partnership solidified.

Let's check in on my take-over-the-world co-pilot while we are at it:
So that guy? He's got this weird thing he's training me to do. Basically, it goes like this: he's okay if I don't play with him 100% of the time as long as I am on the ground and not on my phone. If I sit next to him for an hour, he's chill as fuck. If I try anything other than staring at him a few feet away? He let's me know he has a few constructive criticisms regarding that approach.
Too bad for him, I can lock him in prison when I have to go back to work.
PS......I accept his training because he listens to me very well. It's the least I can do for family.
This puzzle business might be coming to an end (for now). I'm kinda ready for it to come to an end honestly. I might have boxed myself in when I told you what happens when i get bored though. Can't give up now; I suppose.

I played with glue today for the first time in a long time and forgot that I can't let the puzzle settle in the same spot it was glued......and the back is now all jacked up. I have a literal backup set if I need, but still.
Accepting failure builds character so we will chalk that up as a win.
Speaking of wins: I just sent an email off to tha homie after he gave nikkigirl and I the best mail day. Mayhaps ever.
That bad boy might could be a one-of-one (as yet confimed). We'll find a prominent spot for it and I very much appreciate how well our houses pass joy back and forth.

I logged in tonight to a corrupted git database. Since I'm washed as fuck, any time things are not automagically working inside the project you are reading right now, I get nervous it might take me forever to fix because I'm half the man I used to be. Sadly enough, I don't do this shit for a living anymore. Happily enough, I'm learning that might not even be what I am really good at anyways.
Anywho, cipher came along, told me what was wrong, assured me they where the right person for the job to fix it, and went ahead and fixed it for me. Shouts to the robot masters. Phew!
