Sep 02, 2026: raindrops

I'm closer to the actual work than I ever have been since I joined [redacted]. I know enough about enough, and have enough access to the tools that control that enough, that I'm starting to build - my style. First, it was the people. Next, it's the systems. In the meantime, it's always the people.

It was a bit moist out there today. Nothing more than a sprinkle really. Consistent sprinkle let's say.

I'm not the type of person to bring an umbrella. I'm also not the type of person to run, jog, or in any way hurry when it's raining. Something about being worried about how long it will take to dry off never sat right with me right. I walk in the pouring rain is what I think I just said.

And then I thought about this banger......

Here's the real headline news today though - I think that ya boi misses his mom & dad.

Here's the other thing though: I know a guy who would be open to trying a potato chip. Say this fella was just letting you know he's open to try new things. Like, say a potato chip. He might be thinking he'd be totally fine with even one of 'em.

Should you have any alignment there. Just sayin'.

A few weeks ago I started to experience illusions, and realized that maybe no rest contributed to this mental state of disarray I often find myself in. Meaning, I was listening to a lot of cypress hill for a few days there.

That's the proof I wasn't fibbing. Wink.

All that so say, I fell down the same rabbit hole again tonight.

When I tell you this might be the best three-man-weave in the history of man, I could mean it. The beat, the spanglish, the baton being passed back and forth, and I'm floatin' along the beat right along side of them.
