Aug 05, 2026: pop quiz hotshot

It's been one of those weeks where few things are going well. Should be fun to see how we wiggle ourselves out ot this one. We'll need a bit of bubble gum, ingenuity, and sticktoitiveness to succeed.

So here's the thing: at sixteen years old, I was a complete idiot.

In a lucky coincidence, 1994 was also when Speed hit the theaters.

If memory serves, I saw it in the theaters and then also received it as an x-mas gift. VHS is king.

It also was the perfect turn my brain off movie to close this evening.
