Today, I got back to the next big box of unorganized cards. There's a bunch of cleanup to do to free this box up to then have that same box filled with baskeball cards starting in 2020-21: The milwaukee bucks Championship Season.

select set_collector_header_id, snapshot_date, set_slug, set_name, cards_owned, total_cards
        from v_set_collector_header_snapshot
         where set_collector_header_id = 16
            ORDER BY snapshot_date desc;

On the way, I had my little robot friend, cipher, create me a new view to use when I need to get a better sense of the card collection that I have logged in my database (codename: dojo). I then asked them to optimize the app to utilize this new view wherever needed (one example).

That's a good lil' robot.

Iterate.

Before we get into some of the cards I got my hands on today here's a friendly reminder that I like stickers.

I got my hands on some bball stickers last weekend and today, I put one of them on each of the first three giannis boxes I've "completed". The box I'm currently working on emptying? The fourth in this lineage.

I should explain the rules of these boxes at some point. 😎

Besides stickers, I also like binders.

By cleaning up this box I finally am getting around to putting some cards into said binders. A few sets I touched along the way:

• 1994 Classic Four Sport, multi-sport (199/200; 99.5%)
• 🏀 2020-21 Panini Contenders - International Ticket (12/30; 40%)
• 🏀 2020-21 Panini Contenders Optic - Hoop Dreams (1/25; 4%)

select *
    from v_set_collector_header_snapshot
        where snapshot_date = '2026-06-12'
        order by category_tag, set_name;

And oh hey, I used that new view we created today to help me grab some of the data needed to build this chronicle.

And then there was the flotsam.

This entire website was all building up to showing this Welcome Back Kotter set. I think I can finally retire. My work here is done.

You won't shut me up that easily. Here's the jetsam to go along with that flotsam (hint for lulu: Google flotsam & jetsam).
