Aug 25, 2026: stuffy

The walls are caving in a little bit at work. Not in an overly dramatic fashion or that presents itself in any way as a real worry. Instead, it is just......noticable. I find it's okay to notice how hard life can be and then when I do notice, I like to move on to what will help things not be quite so difficult rather than dwell on it.

That's all also easier said than done. Especially when one is sick. 🤒

This little fella did his best to help me feel better in between a meeting filled day.

Occasionally, I let ya boi show me just how excited he is for me to be me. It's a lot of tongue kisses and chewing on my beard. We might be in love.

When I woke up in the middle of the night with a coughing fit I came downstairs so that I didn't keep nikkigirl awake with me.

When I did finally fall asleep down here again, I woke up to the name of today's chronicle.

Also, my sweet lulu went out of her way to help me out tonight. I'm actively struggling to stay awake and finish this page while the drowsiness settles in.

It's hard to imagine I've had a stuffy head situation worse than this since I've been writing here. This is peak stuffy me thinks.
