Mar 21, 2026: tcdb
Today, we kickoff the Badger Region Championships, and I'm looking forward to seeing if ccvbc can win back-to-back tournaments.
Ya boi mr. meff played most of the minutes at middle in the first match against Azuri Perforamnce. The team is really coming together, and jeff's performance this morning was the most consistently excellent stretch of volleyball I've ever seen him play.
crosscourt plays unselfishly, within a system, and by utilizing that system so well, it allows for hardworkers like noah to step in and play his role. He played that role well today as they swept Azuri: 25-16, and 25-11 (2-0).
Sorry, I just missed the ignition of thor's hammer + hand. Clark will fuck you up on some hammer of god shit and he did just that in a close one against Inferno: 25-23, and 25-23 (2-0).
Earlier this morning during the first match, I had the chance to chat with a new mom and dad who recently joined Crosscourt Volleyball Club, and seeing how well they played in the second match, it hammered home a point I made to them both (their son is on the 14's team): they play hard, they play for each other, they get better, and they have a hell of a good time doing it.
As a grown child, I am not legally allowed to ignore the 6-7 Gods. See something, say something.

They closed out the 3rd match against Fox Valley Performance: with another win, 25-18, and 25-5 (2-0).

In victory, they celebrate that fun.
On Wednesday ccvbc split two matches against the 18's of FVP in a scrimmage where they played up in competition. Playing against their same age bracket, and the FVP 17's, it was a different story, one where they controlled the pace of play the entire way, and walked away with a comfortable victory.
......oops, happened again.......

To close Saturday, we sit in a good position, controlling our own destiny.
Just as the God's have prescribed.
As part of today's release, which was mostly about some fun volleyball action, I optimized a few commands along the way. Primarily, to help me remember what to run. I turned these three commands I'm invoking:
npm run images:optimize "tcdb"
npm run images:animated "tcdb"
npm run gen:images-manifest......into......
npm run images:optimus "tcdb"Now that's a command for optimus tullyelly. IYKYK
What I'm really here for (non-proud-dad side) is to build out some improvements to the tcdb infrastructure, starting with adding card totals to my tcdb-trades route. Depending on when you land on this page, and when you click that link, things will be more or less done. Godspeed.
TL;DR: I added 3 new columns to tcdb trades: sent, received, + total.
While as of this literal sentence, there is one example, the odds are good this will be an old idea by the time YOU see this.
Iterate.
